This is a big event run every year and really is a good day out!  It was my first year this year and must remember to wrap up warmer next year as it gets windy on the airfield

I arrived early and saw some familiar faces already there, so had a quick catch up before making my way around the large airfield.

There is plenty to do and see, with various car groups there along with the armed forces, who were running tank rides, tours of aircraft and cook offs between RAF, Army and Navy with everyone welcome to to taste the food. There are plenty of stalls too to pick up all kinds of handmade and homemade products. 

MG as a group had a great turn out with a vast number of cars from Classics to modern day it was great to see some very well looked after and maintained classics!

The Grand spectacle of the day though is the air show which is truly amazing the vast number of aircraft on show and the aerobatics were phenomenal. 

I look forward to this event again next year!
